It is with great sadness that we inform you of Henrico County Police Division Officer Neil G. Griffin’s untimely death. Officer Griffin passed away on March 8, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer. He will be truly missed not only by his family, police family, and friends, but also by all the faculty and students whose lives he touched during the many years he served as the School Resource Officer at Byrd Middle School.
